CO2 Polishing And Compression
Particular components are removed and a conversion takes place to obtain a higher amount of hydrogen and to realize the optimum ratio between CO, CO2 and H2 to produce Syngas.
Air Seperation
Natural components of air are seperated to produce oxygen and nitrogen to be further used in the process. Instrument air and plant air are produced aswell.
Methanol Production
The clean Syngas with the desired composition is treated with two recycle streams, hydrogen and converted off-gas, and compressed. This is introduced into the synthesis loop where it is converted to methanol.
Daily Tanks
Flare
The flare is used for safe operation and environmental control.
Flare Knockout Drum
HTW® Gasification
In the HTW® Gasification, the Pelletized Feed Material is thermally treated to produce Raw Syngas.
Syngas Compressor
Syngas from the gas treatment is compressed to desired levels
Raw Syngas Treatment
Particular components of raw syngas from the gasification are removed.
Raw Syngas Adjustment
A conversion takes place to obtain a higher amount of hydrogen and to realize the optimum ratio between CO, CO2 and H2 to produce clean Syngas.
Acid Gas Removal
Sulfur and CO2 are removed to further polish the Syngas
Waste Water Pre-Treatment
The facility's waste water is collected and pre-treated to achieve desired quality.
Steam & Power Generation
The produced steam and imported steam will be combined. By decompressing steam, power is produced aswell.
Water Treatment
Raw water from external source is treated for further use in the process plant to achieve soft water, demineralized water and potable water.
Cooling Towers
Cooling water is produced to be used in relevant installations.
Waste Water Basin
Waste water is stored before being sent to external parties.
